Voeg de fijngesneden wortel en courgette toe aan het kookwater en kook 1 minuut. Voeg dan de prei toe en kook samen nog 2 minuten. Giet af, maar vang 500 milliliter van het kookvocht op en los daarin het visbouillonblokje op.</span></li>

Voeg toe aan de visbouillon en laat 5 minuten pocheren. Los het maïszetmeel op in 2 el water. Schep de visblokjes uit de bouillon met een schuimspaan en hou even apart.</span></li>

Voeg de opgeloste maïszetmeel toe en breng al roerend aan de kook. Als de saus begint te binden, voeg je de room toe. Roer om en voeg nu de gepocheerde visblokjes toe. Kruid goed af met peper, zout en enkele druppels citroensap.</span></li>
